The records you enter belong to you. We process them to provide the service and do not sell them.

Farm records and customer payments are sensitive. This page summarises how we protect them.
Role-based access
Account owners control who can view and edit what. Owners, managers and workers each see only what their role allows.
Audit trail for money
Financial entries are recorded with an audit trail. Corrections are made through adjustment entries, so the original record stays visible.
Payments through licensed partners
Card and account details are processed by licensed payment partners and are not stored on Poultrack servers.
Protected sign-in
Sign-in is protected by one-time codes sent to your phone, and you can sign out of other devices.
Resilient by design
Records are saved on your device first and synchronised when a connection is available. Data in transit is encrypted.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a security issue, please tell us through the contact page and choose Security report as the topic. Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before sharing details publicly. We will acknowledge your report and keep you informed.
