Poultrack is business software for the poultry industry. Farmers use it to record flocks, eggs, feed, health, inventory, sales and expenses, and to see what needs attention. Veterinarians, feed suppliers, delivery partners and buyers can also use it to work with farms.
Layer and broiler farmers of any size, from a single house to several farms. Veterinarians, suppliers, delivery partners and egg or meat buyers can also take part.
Poultrack is being rolled out in phases. Register your interest on the Get started page and we will contact you when access opens in your area.
Poultrack is a web app. Open it in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer and add it to your home screen: there is no app store to go through. Once installed it works offline, and alerts can reach your phone too. See the install page for the steps.

Yes. The app saves your records on your phone and sends them automatically when a connection is available.
Yes. Account owners invite managers and workers and decide what each person can see. Workers get a focused task list and simple record screens.
Yes. Multiple farms are available on the Professional plan. The Free and Starter plans cover one farm.
English at first. We plan to add more Nigerian languages over time.

Every farm account is free for 30 days with no card. After that you choose Farm Pro or Business. Your records are never deleted, and you can always download them.
Customers will pay through a secure payment page by card, bank transfer or mobile money, and the invoice updates automatically. Invoice payments are being introduced after the initial release.
Yes. Poultrack keeps a flat 2.5% of each payment made through it, and your share goes straight to your bank account.

You do. We process them to provide the service, and we do not sell them.
Yes. You can download reports as PDF or Excel, and you can request an export or deletion of your data. See our Privacy Notice for details.
Only the people you give access to. Information about a batch, order or invoice is shared with a veterinarian, supplier, buyer or customer only when you choose to share it.
